Are my generated designs safe and private?
Yes. Every design you generate is completely private to your account. Other users cannot see, access, or
download your work. Your creations are never shared publicly or used to train our AI models.
Can someone else generate the exact same design as mine?
No. Every generation on AITools produces a completely unique output. Even if two users enter the same prompt
with the same settings, the results will be different. Your designs are one of a kind.
Can I prove ownership of my designs?
Yes. AITools offers a certification feature that lets you generate a certificate of authenticity
for any design you create. This certificate verifies that the design was created by you on AITools, including
your account details and the creation date.
Usage & credits
What are 4-hour usage limits?
To ensure fair access and platform stability, each tool has a maximum number of uses within any rolling 4-hour
window. Free accounts have tight limits (1–2 uses per tool). Individual Monthly subscribers get significantly
higher session limits. Individual Pro and Business plans have no usage limits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your monthly credits are used up, you'll revert to the free daily allowance (20 credits/day with standard
free-tier limits) until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade to Individual Pro at any time for unlimited access.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not accumulate.
Billing & plans
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at
the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment
provider. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes. All plans are available with annual billing at a 20% discount. You can switch between
monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
